Many children, young people and adults need support with emotional, social or mental health concerns at some point in their lives. Making sense of confusing feelings and upsetting events stops individuals from reaching their full potential. Being given opportunity to communicate at own’s level and pace, without feeling interrogated or threatened allows deep connection with true aspect of oneself.

I currently have therapy rooms in Barnsley - Dodworth Road and Sheffield - Rustlings Road.
